TEEN SQUAD - 60 minutes / Milage 1.5-2.0 km per session / 25m lane

Teen Squad is a fitness squad that is ideal for social swimmers, water polo players, or novice triathletes. 

Repeats are predominately 25m, 50m, and 100m in length. Swimmers are given technique tips for all four strokes, with a larger emphasis placed on Freestyle.

Swimmers require swimming FINS for most of their sessions. 

All swimmers with hair below ear level must wear a swimming cap for their lessons.

Timetable

Monday 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Tuesday 4:15 PM - 5:15 PM

Thursday 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM 

Friday 3:45 PM - 4:45 PM

Saturday 8:15 AM - 9:15 AM

Fitness Swim Program combines stroke technique development and a challenging practice environment geared towards healthy exercise and fitness. These groups are non-competitive and designed for youth who are interested in swimming for fitness, or for athletes who are looking for a flexible attendance schedule.  Swim sessions typically involve a combination of drills, intervals, distance swims, and other exercises aimed at improving various aspects of swimming fitness.

Teens Squad is for our Year 6 and above students.
