Sharks Swimming Holiday Program is offered during the School Breaks for competitive swimmers in AIS Sharks Squads aimed to ensure continuous training, stay active, and improve their stroke technique, starts and turns, and overall performance.

The camp is open to all Competitive Squad swimmers (Reef Sharks and above). 

This is 5-Day Training Program 

Starfish is our entry-level learn-to-swim class for AIS students. These 30-minute lessons are conducted in an eight-meter lane with a maximum of four students.

Fitness Swim Program combines stroke technique development and a challenging practice environment geared towards healthy exercise and fitness. These groups are non-competitive and designed for youth who are interested in swimming for fitness, or for athletes who are looking for a flexible attendance schedule.  Swim sessions typically involve a combination of drills, intervals, distance swims, and other exercises aimed at improving various aspects of swimming fitness.

Teens Squad is for our Year 6 and above students.

Dolphins is our first Stroke Development level where the instructor is predominantly coaching from the pool deck. These 45-minute lessons are conducted in a 17-meter lane with a maximum of eight students. Emphasis is placed on developing Butterfly Kick and Breaststroke Kick.

Dolphins can attend up to 3 lessons a week for a flat fee.

Marlins is our highest Stroke Development level and the first level where the coach is always on the pool deck. Please read below the skills Marlins swimmers develop. Once these skills are mastered the swimmer will be ready to be promoted to Reef Sharks.

The AIS nursing team, in conjunction with our specialist support partner, Dr. Christopher G.L Hobbs - Consultant ENT Heat, Neck and Thyroid Surgeon, is providing hearing screening.

 

This will be a fun introduction to the basic fundamentals of basketball. The main focus will be to have fun and participate.

Age groups 10&U through to 18&U boys and girls. 

Team trainings on Saturdays and league games on Sundays.
