JUNIOR SQUAD - 45 minutes / Milage 0.8-1.2 km per session / 25m lane

Swimmers are given technique tips for all four strokes, with a larger emphasis placed on Freestyle.  

Swimmers require swimming FINS for most of their sessions. 

Once swimmers move to Year 6 they are automatically promoted into Teen Squad. 

All swimmers with hair below ear level must wear a swimming cap for their lessons.

Monday 4:40 PM - 5:25 PM

Tuesday 4:20 PM - 5:05 PM

Friday 3:45 PM - 4:30 PM

Saturday 8:20 AM - 9:05 AM

Fitness Swim Program combines stroke technique development and a challenging practice environment geared towards healthy exercise and fitness. These groups are non-competitive and designed for youth who are interested in swimming for fitness, or for athletes who are looking for a flexible attendance schedule.  Swim sessions typically involve a combination of drills, intervals, distance swims, and other exercises aimed at improving various aspects of swimming fitness.

Junior Squad is for our Year 5 and below students.
