Seals learn the following skills:
- 8m torpedo – freestyle kick in the streamline position
- 8m torpedo - backstroke kick in the streamlined position
- 16m freestyle
- 16m backstroke
Once the above skills are mastered swimmers are ready to move up to our Stroke Development program into Dolphins. To view the full promotion criteria click here.
Seals are our most advanced Learn To Swim level. These 30-minute lessons are conducted in an eight-meter lane with a maximum of 5 students.
