Starfish is our entry-level learn-to-swim class for AIS students. These 30-minute lessons are conducted in an eight-meter lane with a maximum of four students.

Fitness Swim Program combines stroke technique development and a challenging practice environment geared towards healthy exercise and fitness. These groups are non-competitive and designed for youth who are interested in swimming for fitness, or for athletes who are looking for a flexible attendance schedule. Swim sessions typically involve a combination of drills, intervals, distance swims, and other exercises aimed at improving various aspects of swimming fitness.
Junior Squad is for our Year 5 and below students.

Dolphins is our first Stroke Development level where the instructor is predominantly coaching from the pool deck. These 45-minute lessons are conducted in a 17-meter lane with a maximum of eight students. Emphasis is placed on developing Butterfly Kick and Breaststroke Kick.
Dolphins can attend up to 3 lessons a week for a flat fee.

Marlins is our highest Stroke Development level and the first level where the coach is always on the pool deck. Please read below the skills Marlins swimmers develop. Once these skills are mastered the swimmer will be ready to be promoted to Reef Sharks.

MAKO Sharks are leaders of the AIS Shark Swimming program.
This program is for Australian National and Age National Qualifiers, FINA World Cup competitors, and Singapore National Championships Finalists. Swimmers who possess a minimum average of 500+ FINA points for 3 different events.
